Dr. Soha Dolatabadi finished Medical School in Tehran, Iran, where she grew up. She moved to the United States for her advanced training. She completed her internship in Rochester, New York, and finished her residency at Kern Medical Center.  She moved to Los Angeles for rheumatology fellowship training at Cedars Sinai Medical Center in 2009.  After graduation in 2011, she joined the Harbor UCLA faculty as an assistant clinical professor.  She opened her private practice in downtown Los Angeles in 2014, and she has practiced rheumatology since then.

She loves what she does, serving the community as a rheumatologist, and over the years she has developed more interest in inflammatory arthritis. Her passion is in spondylarthritis, including psoriatic arthritis.

She has pursued her enthusiasm for education by giving lectures to internal medicine and family practice residents and working with college graduates interested in medical school.

She is a member of GRAPPA and an associate member of SPARTAN. She leads the Los Angeles chapter of the Association of Women in Rheumatology (AWIR) and has been able to arrange many lectures and programs for rheumatologists, Internists, and other healthcare professionals interested in the field.
