Soha Dolatabadi, MD

Dr. Saha Dolatabadi finished Medical School in Tehran, Iran, where she grew up. She moved to the United States for her advanced training. She completed her internship in Rochester, New York, and finished her residency at Kern Medical Center. She moved to Los Angeles for her rheumatology fellowship training at Cedars Sinai Medical Center in 2009. Post-graduation she joined `Harbor­UCLA faculty as an assistant clinical professor at UCLA in 2011. She moved on to open her private practice in downtown Los Angeles in 2014 and she has been practicing rheumatology since then.

She loves what she does, serving the community as a rheumatologist, and over the years she has developed more interest in inflammatory arthritis. Her passion is in spondylarthritis including psoriatic arthritis.

She has been able to continue her enthusiasm for education by giving lectures to residents of internal medicine and family practice, as well as by working with young people who have graduated pre-Med programs and are interested in entering medical school.

She is a member of GRAPPA and is an associate member of SPARTAN. She leads the Los Angeles chapter of Association of Women in Rheumatology (AWIR) and has been able to arrange many lectures and programs for rheumatologists, internists, and other healthcare professionals interested in the field.
